Unlock 5.0: Permission has been granted by MHA(Ministry of Home Affairs) to re-open the B2B Expos.






Having done uphill wait to restart the events and exhibitions, fortune time has come to see the bright stars beyond the dark clouds. 

According to the new unlock-5 guidelines, many of the entertainment industries, social activities, academic, sports, religious activities and exhibition industry has been granted permission to re-open with proper guidelines, safety, and security.

COVID-19 pandemic has put the whole nation in turbulence despite this, our audacity and patience has escorted the wind of happiness and triumph. Persistence heroism and efforts are gradually helping to get the normal life on track. Since exhibition associate experts had been making constants efforts to re-start events and exhibitions and eagerly awaiting to get something positive in order to save this industry, lately, the  Sigh of relief is now can be taken by all who were eagerly waiting to hear this news from the Government.

The Ministry of Home Affairs has granted permission for re-opening the B2B exhibitions nationwide With obligatory medical or surgical mask-wearing, disinfecting used seating areas, washrooms, entry doors, lifts, etc., timely hand wash arrangements and hand –sanitizing arrangements, Ingress precautions by contriving fever scanning machines, breath rate testing hand equipment.

B2B exhibitions have been allowed to re-start from 15th Oct 2020 out of the contentment zones as the lockdown is still being extended till 31st Oct 2020 for contentment zones.

The Unlock-5.0 guidelines have allowed the mass gathering with 50% of the seating dimensions with the highest point of 100 participants not more than that.

SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) guidelines for exhibitions organizations are still on wait which will be issued by the Department of Commerce. 

Exhibition industries which are allowed to re-open have to mandatorily follow the SOPs to be issued by the state and UT government. Meanwhile, as it is known that Arogya Setu App helps in early identification of dormant risk of infection, in order to shield every individual everyone must have this installed app in their phone and to update their health status timely.

We are pleased to see the successful consequent of all the uphill battles that had been done by IEIA. We would like to thank you and your team wholeheartedly for the initiatives which has been taken towards the re-starting of expo’s.
